DIVISIONS: 10U 12U 14U 16U AND 18U CLASS: A OPEN LOCATION: Wayne Dowhower Softball Complex, North Platte, NE ( 7 fields , 5 with Agrilime) 18U guaranteed to play on main complex fields ENTRY FEE: $240.00 & 2 new ASA approved leather optic cor.47 yellow softballs turned in at check-in 18U FREE ENTRY East vs. West Shoot-out CALL FOR DETAILS DEADLINE: May 8, 2009 Entry not guaranteed with out receipt of entry fee Need rosters as soon as possible for our program ASA SANCTION: All teams must be ASA sanctioned Out of state teams need travel permits The tournament will be a non-protest event All umpires decisions are final FORMAT: (preliminary draft...January 2009....subject to change) Pool play Saturday with two game guarantee consolation tournament on Sunday. 4 game guaranteed weather permitting. Every effort will be made to get games in. Coin flip will determine home team. Line up cards to be turned in 15 minutes prior to game time at building in the middle of the complex . On fields F&G give to scorekeepers . Official scorekeepers will be provided All games will have a 1 hour and 15 minute time limit. A new inning is determined by the third out of the inning, not the first pitch. Championship games will be 7 innings with no time limit. Game time begins at the end of the coaches meeting at home plate. A new inning can start any time before the 75 minute time limit. 12 run rule will be in effect after 3 innings, 10 runs after 4 innings, and 8 runs after 5 innings Seeding for Sunday's Games will be as follows : 1.
